The staff, especially the guy who checked us in and out, was incredibly friendly and apologetic. The beds were comfortable and the shower had excellent water pressure. My daughter enjoyed the waffles for breakfast.
No remote was provided for the TV and it took until late at night for a staff member to bring one. The mini fridge froze my breakfast and the heater didn't work.
